I intended to put couscous in it. Unfortunately the date on the box stated expiration date 2018.
Research told me it might still be good, but my nose smelled plastic.
So dinner is what it is and the couscous is adding to the variety in the compost.
I have an equal opportunity compost bin. It is quite diverse.

Those blasted expiration dates! You want to think they are just randomly made up, especially on dry goods, but then you don’t want to take any chances as well.
